About Me

I trained at London’s finest restaurants with some of the world’s most notable chefs. Tom Aikens, Marco Pierre White, Pierre Koffman, to name a few.

I have been delivering events for too many years to remember, from elaborate large parties in fabulous venues to small, intimate dinners in your own home.

Having worked my way around the globe from Australia to Tel Aviv and from Jeddah to New Delhi, Moscow to Dubai, my experience comes with a wealth of International flair.

I am extremely proud to have represented England in various International cooking competitions, winning both individual and team gold medals.

I also support many local charities with my culinary flair.

We specialise in creating and delivering bespoke events from private residence fine dining to canapé receptions in unique venues and fabulous BBQ garden parties.

At a long awaited family get together we had Nigel Smith’s company cater for a BBQ in our garden. The staff were brilliant, very professional but friendly and approachable, efficient, very unobtrusive - they got on with it and we hardly noticed they were there apart from the delicious smells in the garden! There was plenty of food for us all and it was cooked to perfection, everyone commented on the delicious tastes!

They tided up quickly and smoothly and were gone before we realised!
